Self contained studio apartment. Very close to Nottingham city hospital with excellent transport links a short ride to the city center. High speed WiFi and onsite washing machine also available at no extra charge. Bedding and towels provided

House rules

Please follow these simple guidelines:
* Wash, dry and put away all dishes, utensils and cookware after use and ensure that they are all cleaned and put away before the end of your stay
* Wipe down counters, stove and ensure microwave is clean
* Please use equipment safely and check that everything is turned off after use
* Use the bins provided (There is a large black bin just outside of the property to all waste)

Failure to follow these rules may occur additional cleaning costs.

Please respect other people in the building especially when arriving late.
